Republican gubernatorial candidate Corey Stewart announced the addition of Harris Media to lead his digital operation in Virginia. Harris Media is led by Vincent Harris, and has been dubbed by Bloomberg News as “The Man Who Invented the Republican Internet.”
“Vincent Harris has turned Harris Media into the premier digital public affairs firm in the nation. When he reached out to us motivated to take back Virginia and defeat the establishment, we brought them on immediately. We will lead the field in the digital environment. Harris will focus on the strategies involving data management, digital voter targeting, building a dynamic website, and social media management. This is truly turning out to be the race of the old versus the new,” Stewart said.
Harris Media, which has worked with top presidential and senatorial campaigns, such as Rand Paul and Ted Cruz’s historic win in 2012, recently displayed his digital expertise by leading the online effort propelling Benjamin Netanyahu to victory as Prime Minister of Israel.
"As a Virginia native, I've known Corey Stewart since I was 17, and have admired his tenacity and willingness to stand up to the political establishment for the good of the Commonwealth. I couldn't be more proud that our team will be helping Corey take back Virginia,” Vincent Harris said.
With the hire of Harris Media, Stewart’s Gubernatorial campaign welcomes several heavy-hitting and successful team members with valuable experience.
"I met Corey Stewart for the first time at the PWC GOP Headquarters before a Sarah Palin rally in 2008. Since then I've consistently seen Corey defiantly stick to his guns and stand for conservative principles. I'm grateful our team has the opportunity to work with such a bold leader. We will win this election,” said Rory McShane.
